Is Invisalign as effective as braces?
For the majority of cases, yes. Very complex skeletal cases may still benefit from fixed appliances — we evaluate this individually in consultation.
How many hours a day do I need to wear them?
At least 20–22 hours per day. The aligners are only removed for meals, drinking anything other than water, and oral hygiene.
How long does treatment take?
